Our staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping to win your case. They enable our attorneys to be ready to fight for you.

Chris Riley –  Chris has over twenty-five years of experience managing the office and knows the law better than some attorneys. Chris has been married to native San Antonian, Darby Riley, for 42 years. They have three children: Charlie, Martin, and Grace. Chris earned a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She worked as a Special Education Counselor for Northside ISD. When not serving as Mayor of the City of Leon Valley, an elected office she has held since 2004, Chris is a Legal Assistance office manager for the firm. Chris is also a member of the San Antonio-Bexar County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) representing the suburban Mayors, and a member of Via Metropolitan Transit Intergovernmental Committee. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, watching British television series, and traveling.

Charlene B. Carroll, ACP– Charlene began working for our firm in February 2014.  She began her legal career in 1972, and obtained her Associates Degree at San Antonio College in Legal Assisting, became a NALA Certified Paralegal in 2001, and an Advanced Certified Paralegal in Trial Practice in 2007.  She is a founding member of South Texas Organization of Paralegals, Inc., a NALA affiliate.  She volunteers for the San Antonio Bar Association’s Community Justice Program.

Jen Stowbridge– Jen has worked her way up from file clerk to legal assistant to full-fledged paralegal.  And along the way, she has maintained a sunny attitude and cheerful spirit that infuses our firm with a positive and hopeful outlook.  When she’s not serving subpoenas, Jen loves heavy-metal, crochet, and her three boys (one of whom she is married to).

Katherine Nasser– Kathy is the behind the scenes catalyst for the hard work that develops and wins our cases.  With over 20 years of experience at our firm, Kathy Will build your case from the ground up using 20 years of experience to cut through the deception and obfuscation of the insurance companies to bring forth the truth.  When she’s not drafting discovery, Kathy loves adopting stray animals, taking her kids to tennis matches, and traveling the world.
